Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has no intention of moving to the Premier League and says he wants to end his career at Schalke.
The striker, linked with Manchester United before he left Ajax for Real Madrid in 2009, has long been admired by a number of English clubs.
Arsenal and Liverpool wanted to sign the Holland international in the January transfer window but he committed his future to Schalke.
Huntelaar, who signed an extension until 2015, has not ruled out signing another new deal to keep him with the Bundesliga side for the rest of his career.
"It is possible to sign a new contract with Schalke," he told Bild. "I will be 32 (when this one runs out) and I'm thinking to end my career here."
