Manchester United target Kevin Strootman has told interested clubs to contact him over a summer move.
The 23-year-old, currently at PSV Eindhoven, has enjoyed a meteoric rise in the last few seasons.
After starting the 2010/11 campaign at boyhood club Sparta Rotterdam, he moved to Utrecht in January 2011 before switching again to Dutch giants PSV six months later.
His performances in Eindhoven have caught the eye of several top European sides, most notably AC Milan and United.
The Holland midfielder, who has 16 caps, has already captained his national side despite the presence of several more experienced players.
His future is expected to come under more scrutiny as the summer approaches - and he has urged potential buyers to get in touch.
He told Dutch newspaper AD: "Every transfer window there are clubs that are interested, but a club must speak to me."
