Harry Redknapp has insisted that striker Roman Pavlyuchenko will not leave Tottenham until a replacement has been found.
The Russian star has only played 15 minutes of Premier League football this season due to the form of Emmanuel Adebayor and Jermain Defoe.
But Redknapp has reiterated that if Pavlyuchenko was to leave the club a replacement would have to be found first.
"If we let Pav go we'd leave ourselves short,“ he said.
"If he decides he wants to go and the club get a good offer then we've got to be ready to replace him from somewhere."
But Redknapp has insisted that he currently has no plans in place to buy another striker.
“We [Redknapp and Levy] talk about players all the time, but I couldn't sit here and say we've got targets. We haven't,"
