Redknapp: I've never heard of Ganso
Harry Redknapp says he doesn't even know who Ganso is, amid claims the Santos star is ready for a move to north London.
According to reports, Ganso's representatives are due in London to thrash out a deal with Spurs, with Redknapp said to be a keen admirer.
Attacking midfielder Ganso, 22, has been watched by the likes of AC Milan and Manchester United in the past and Santos are said to be open to the idea of cashing in on him.
Ganso? I have never heard of him. I don't know him, where does he play? What position?The Brazilian club would ideally like to spark an auction but Redknapp will not give anything away regarding a possible move.
Redknapp said: "Ganso? I have never heard of him. I don't know him, where does he play? What position?
"I don't get to Brazil much. We got Sandro from there but other than that, no."
