Scouts from Bayern Munich and Napoli were both in attendance as Arsenal target Olivier Giroud impressed in Montpellier's top of the table clash with PSG on Sunday night.
The French striker has been a revelation this season and is currently top of the Ligue 1 scoring charts with 16 goals in 23 outings.
And his form, which has helped lift Montpellier to second place in the table, has attracted interest from across Europe.
Arsene Wenger is reportedly highly interested in the 25-year-old target man and is considering a summer bid.
But he will face stiff competition from Bayern Munich and Napoli whose scouts were both highly impressed with Giroud's performance in the 2-2 draw with leaders PSG.
French newspaper L'Equipe suggest he is valued at around £14m by Montpellier and could be sold at the end of the season if they fail to qualify for the Champions League.
