Juventus are ready to rile Manchester United again - by making a move for FC Basel star Granit Xhaha.
Rising star Pogba, 18, was tipped to become a mainstay in the Manchester United midfield but, having let his contract run into its final months, the Frenchman is heading out of the exit door.
Juventus have offered the youngster £16,000-a-week - a sum United will not pay - and Pogba is heading to Turin.
But Juventus will not stop there. They have also registered an interest in Basel star Xhaka, the Switzerland international United have watched.
Xhaka, just 19, is seen as a future world star and he helped Switzerland win the Under-17 World Cup back in 2009.
The midfielder, already capped at senior level by his country, is on Ferguson's wanted list but Juventus are ready to make their move ahead of the United manager.
Basel, who will lose Xherdan Shaqiri to Bayern Munich at the end of the season, are desperate to keep Xhaka but may be forced into cashing in if Juventus and United start a bidding war.
