Everton boss David Moyes is weighing up making a move for Ivory Coast midfielder Cheick Tiote.
The Goodison Park boss had the FC Twente star watched in Ivory Coast's 1-0 victory Italy at Upton Park on Tuesday.
And Moyes is on the verge of making a £3m bid for the 24-year-old, who started all three of his country's games in the World Cup.
West Brom have had a bid for Tiote rejected this summer, but the player would relish a move to England and is set to plead with the Dutch champions to allow him to move to the Premier League.
