Chelsea and Liverpool are locked in a battle to sign Palermo midfielder Armin Bacinovic.
Bacinovic, 21, has been attracting interest from a number of top clubs across Europe following his impressive displays for Palermo.
The Slovenian international has already been valued at £12m and Chelsea and Liverpool are keen to bring him into the Premier League when the transfer window re-opens.
AC Milan have also been monitoring the progress of Bacinovic but reports in Italy suggest that he is likely to make a move to England in January.
