Usain Bolt is praying that West Ham win the vote to host the Olympic Stadium and has stressed the importance of keeping the running track within the venue.
Bolt, who is three-times World and Olympic gold medallist and the fastest man on the planet, is backing the east London club to keep the legacy of the Olympics alive.
Tottenham shocked a number of people in the athletics world when they announced plans to demolish the £500m arena if they win the bid.
But Bolt is adamant the Olympic Park Legacy Company [OPLC] have a duty to keep the track inside the stadium once the Games are finished in 2012 and says he would love to run there in years to come.
Bolt said: "London needs to keep the track in the Olympic Stadium after 2012. It would be good to run there after. [I say] Keep the track."
